On the Fed pushing markets down, food used as medicine by doctors, energy consumption is actually good, manage your dopamine for motivation and the dangers of new old tyrants.

Recommended podcast episode: Travis Kling On Why The Fed Is Crashing The Market Intentionally or listen on Spotify
I selected this episode because Travis Kling explains with extreme simplicity what is causing the inflation of prices we are seeing everywhere. It was a surprise for me to understand how the government is manipulating interest rates and the price of assets, such as stocks (and even the crypto market), to make people less wealthy, spend less and reduce the pressure on prices from the demand side.
The Pomp Podcast is one to which I listen frequently, although not all episodes are as interesting as this.
Recommended podcast episode: The Top Foods to Prevent Disease and Repair DNA with Dr. William Li or listen on Spotify
One of my favorite subjects is the idea of food as medicine. But in this episode I learned the idea of food and medicine.
Dr. William Li is a medical doctor, MD, a drug researcher but also a food researcher. He is very respected in the medical scientific community and he is also the author of the book Eat to Beat Disease—The New Science of How Your Body Can Heal Itself. He also did a famous TED Talk called Can We Eat to Starve Cancer?.
This is a very balanced talk that can open skeptical minds to the power of food in creating and mitigating diseases. I hope you begin to look at food with smarter eyes after listening to this episode.
Recommended podcast episode: The pitfalls of the Fiat Standard with Dr. Saifedean Ammous or listen on Spotify
Dr. Saifedean Ammous is the author of the book The Bitcoin Standard and he recently released his new book The Fiat Standard. I recommend to you reading both!
OMG! In this episode he debunks climate change claims about the global energy consumption and says that we need to use more and more energy to have a better world! A kind of complete heresy, considering the mainstream energy narrative.
You must listen to this conversation to get a different perspective on climate and environmental concerns about renewable and nonrenewable energy.
Recommended podcast episode: “Your BEHAVIOR Won’t Be The Same!” Master Dopamine For MOTIVATION & FOCUS | Dr. Andrew Huberman or listen on Spotify
I use to think Tom Bilyeu as too mainstream, but this episode has immense value. He interviews Dr. Andrew Huberman, researcher specialized in dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with goals, work and motivation.
Listening to their conversation you will understand why achieving goals is not what motivates us. There is something else you need to know to manage your dopamine better.
This episode gave me a life-changing knowledge which I will remember during my whole life. And you can benefit from it as well! Listen to the whole episode.
Recommended podcast episode: What is Your 'Line in the Sand'? w/ George Gammon or listen on Spotify
Have you ever realized that psychopath and power hunger politicians, governments and military leaders have always emerged during human history? We are thinking of types like Alexander “The Great”, Gengis Khan, crazy Roman Emperors, crazy Popes, that one dictator we cannot say the name here, from 20th century Germany, who killed millions in gas chambers, Stalin, Pol Pot and many others.
But, look! This seems to be exactly the case now with global entities, politicians, “specialists”, medical boards and associations, technocrats, big corporations and other power grabbing people around the world using fear to extend their power over societies.
I learned such analogy with George Gammon in this episode of the Bitcoin Rapid-Fire podcast (recommended as well). And he also tell us a solution: Having some kind of line in the sand against those tyrants, a plan B.
This is an episode from October 2021, but extremely worthwhile to listen to. You can also compare what happened from that time until now.
I hope you enjoy all these episodes! Once you listen to some or all of them, share your comments here:
